I love this place they did some remodeling inside since I started going is very relaxing and the staff friendly I recommend to call to book your appointment I really like the reflexology there you will love it

How do you overbook on Mother’s Day and then give a different price when I arrive to my appointment. My mom waited just not to be serviced!!! Do better !!!!

I made an appointment for two for an hour of reflexology. When we got there, we were advised that because they were so busy, they could do only 30 minutes. We then waited for 30 minutes past our appointment time to receive only 20 minutes of reflexology. The woman was nice and apologized for the wait, but there was no point to making an appointment when neither the time nor booked service were honored. Skip this place. There are others that are better.

Terrible Experience. I made an appointment via the online booking on the website. When I arrived. I was told I would need to wait over 30 minutes because the customer before me was late. I was on time. Any other spa or hair salon, if you are late for the appointment, the next client is not made to suffer. If you are late, you miss your appointment. I’m not sure this was even the case, they seemed to take anyone who walked in and not honor appointments. Also, the communication was a challenge and I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the woman at reception. I won’t go back to this place. I’ll go to spa that honors appointments, apologizes when they make the costumer wait more than 30 minutes and where I can communicate with the staff without using Google Translate.
